创新发展与我国知识信息服务转型发展研究

Research on Innovation Development and Knowledge-information Services Transformation in Our Country

在借鉴国内外学者研究的基础上,阐述了创新发展和知识信息服务的涵义,分析了知识信息服务在国家创新中的作用机制及保障作用,进一步提出了知识信息服务转型发展的原因,认为知识信息服务需要向社会化、集成化和联盟化方向转变,要在政府、市场、技术、人才、管理和法律方面实现。

In this paper, on the basis of the scholars at home and abroad for reference, the article ex- pounds the meaning of innovative development and knowledge information service, analyzes the knowl- edge information service in the national innovation system and safeguard function, further put forward the development reason of transformation of knowledge-information services, knowledge-information service needs to shift towards socialization, integration and federation, in the government, market, technology, tal- ent, management and legal aspects.
