摘要
生态产业集群内知识转移是集群得以持续发展的关键因素。文章首先分析了生态产业集群运行的模式,提出依托型和平等型是生态产业集群企业运行的基本模式。再提出了生态产业集群内知识转移影响因素模型,按知识转出企业、知识接受企业、生态产业集群转移情境三方面分析知识转移的影响因素,最后提出了促进生态产业集群内知识转移的一些管理建议与思考。
Knowledge transfer is the key factors influencing the sustainable development for the ecologi- cal industry cluster. First, the article has analyzed the ecological industry cluster operation mode, pro- posed the relying on based type and the equality-based type are the two basic model of ecological indus- try cluster enterprise operation. Then proposed the influence factors model of ecological industry knowl- edge transfer, with the model discussed the knowledge transfer offer and accept enterprise, the transfer sit- uation to analysis the influence factors of knowledge transfer in ecological industry. Last put forward some management suggestions for knowledge transfer to promote the ecolozical industrv cluster development.
