21世纪以来,美国不断改革教师评价制度,旨在提升教师质量,促进学业学生成就。美国许多州颁布教师评价政策改革的法规、制度和项目,诸如亚利桑那州的教师效能评价框架、科罗拉多州的示范教师评价体系、北卡罗来纳州的教师评价过程指南、伊利诺斯州的教师绩效评价改革法案。新世纪美国教师评价政策的改革取向表现为政府主导、标准本位、问责驱动和证据为重。
The government of the United States initiated an unprecedented wave of state teacherevaluation reform across the country in the new century. Teacher evaluation policy tied to teacher Effectiveness and student achievement. Most States government has offered a series of teacher evaluatio^a acts, reports and programs in recent years. Among these, the representative policy texts include: the Arizona state Framework for Measuring Teacher Effectiveness of; The Colorado state model evaluation system; North Carolina state teacher evaluation process; The Illinois state performance evaluation reform act; The main characteristics of teacher Evaluation policies reform are showed as accountability problem, based on standards, focused on Evidence and driven by government.
