HTPB基聚氨酯膜的制备及渗透汽化脱酚性能研究

摘要 采用端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)、端羟基聚丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物(HTBS)和端羟基聚丁二烯–丙烯腈共聚物(HTBN)三种软段制备了聚氨酯(PUR)膜,利用红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热分析仪、热重分析仪表征了膜的结构和热性能;并以苯酚水溶液为目标体系,考察了三种膜的溶胀性以及渗透汽化分离性能。结果表明,HTPB–PUR膜具有最大的微相分离程度和耐热性;软段中的氰基会增大膜的溶胀度;HTBS–PUR膜具有最高的渗透性,而HTPB–PUR膜选择性最好;三种膜的总渗透通量、分离因子和渗透汽化分离指数均随进料温度升高而增加。 Three kinds of polyurthane (PUR) membranes were prepared with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB), hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer(HTBN) and hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-polystyrene copolymer(HTBS) as soft segments. Their structures and thermal properties were characterized by FTIR,DSC and TGA. The swelling properties and pervaporation performances were investigated with the mixture of phenol and water. The results showed that HTPB–PUR membrane demonstrates the highest degree of microphase separation and thermal stability. The nitrile-group in soft segment increases the swelling degree of PUR membrane. HTBS–PUR membrane shows the highest flux,while HTPB–PUR membrane possesses the best selectivity. The total fluxes,separation factor and pervaporation separation indexes of all membranes increase with increasing of feed temperature.
