摘要
从对挤出成型有重要影响的螺杆和螺槽结构形式着手,通过改变螺杆和料筒的螺槽断面形状,使用Polyfl ow软件对聚乙烯熔体等温状态时在螺杆与料筒不同断面组合形状下的挤出过程进行数值模拟。通过对比分析压力分布和剪切速率的变化,综合考虑对剪切速率和生产效率的影响,得出螺杆和料筒螺槽断面形状均为梯形形状时可以得到较好的剪切效果。
The structure of screws and channels had great effects on the extruding performance. By changing the section shapes of screw and channels,the extruding process of PE melt in isothermal flow fields was simulated with Polyflow software. By comparing the variation of pressure fields and shearing rate fields with each other,it was concluded that trapezoid screw and channel could lead to good shearing effect.
