摘要
针对风力发电机组传动系统故障时特征量提取困难的问题,提出改进的小波包结合包络谱的故障诊断新方法。深入研究小波包频带错乱的问题,对小波包实施改进,消除频带错乱的缺陷。首次将改进的小波包与包络谱结合起来,通过对风机传动系统试验台的齿轮、轴承故障实际数据的深入分析,准确提取出特征量,实现故障的诊断和定位,证实该文提出的方法的准确性和有效性,为风电机组传动系统的故障诊断提供新思路。
For the problem of hard to extract wind turbine drive system' s feature quantity, a improved wavelet package combined envelope spectrum fault diagnosis method was put forward to solve this problem. The problem of wavelet packet band confusion is lucubrated in article, the wavelet packet algorithm is improved and the confusion of the defect band is eliminated. For the first time by using improved wavelet package combined envelope spectrum in analysis of actual fault data about wind turbine drive system test bench gears and bearings, feature quantity is accurate extracted, fault diagno- sis and localization is implemented, the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed, a new idea of fauh diagnosis is provided for wind turbine drive system.
