四川省二、三级综合医院护士感知的工作环境现况及其影响因素分析 被引量:44

The level and influencing factors of nurses' perceptive work environment in general secondary-level hospitals and tertiary-level hospitals in Sichuan province

摘要 目的调查四川省二、三级综合医院护士感知的工作环境现况并探讨其影响因素,为提升护士感知的工作环境提供干预依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,利用护士工作环境量表调查四川省20所二级、三级综合医院共1058名护士。结果护士感知的工作环境各维度中"医护合作关系"得分最高,"充足的人力与物力"得分最低。得分最高的条目为"护士长是一个好的管理者和领导者",得分最低的条目为"护士群体能够参与医院内的管理"。逐步回归分析显示,薪酬、工作量、医院所在地是护士感知的工作环境的预测因素(P<0.05)。结论关注护士的薪酬、工作量、医院所在地对护士感知的工作环境的预测作用,并就其影响因素制订干预策略,为护士构建良好的工作环境,提升护理品质。 Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of nurses' perceptive work environment in general secondary-level hospitals and tertiary-level hospitals in Sichuan province. Methods The Practice Environ- ment Scale of the Nursing Work Index(PES-NWI) was used to investigate 1058 nurses in general secondary-level hospitals and tertiary-level hospitals in Sichuan province. Results In the PES-NWI,nurses were most satisfied with collegial nurse-physician relations,while staffing and resource adequacy got the lowest score. The scores were high- est in the items of a nurse manager who is a good manager and leader,the lowest score belongs to patient care assignments that foster continuity of care. The regression analysis showed that income,workload,work unit of nurses and location of the hospital influenced nurses' perceptive work environment(P〈0.05). Conclusion The predicting effect of income,workload,work unit of nurses and location of the hospital for nurses' perceptive environment should be concerned.
