基于JCI标准的高危药品管理的实践

Practice of high-risk drug management based on JCI standard

目的建立基于JCI标准的高危药品管理,减少或避免高危药品用药错误的发生,保证患者的安全。方法对基于JCI标准的高危药品管理在我院的实施进行回顾性总结。结果我院于2012年12月以9.942分的成绩通过了JCI认证,其中药物管理和使用由原来3.3分升至满分10分,高危药品管理满分并受到评委的高度赞扬。结论基于JCI标准的高危药品的管理,如制订和完善高危药品管理制度和目录,建立高危药品医嘱警示系统,规范使用权限、警示标识、调配、使用,加强健康教育,发挥临床药师的作用,加强培训和督导等,能促进高危药品的安全管理。

Objective To discuss the methods of high-risk drug management based on JCI standard in order to reduce medication errors of high-risk drugs and ensure patients＇ safety. Methods Measures of high-risk drug man- agement based on JCI standard were implemented. Results The hospital passed the JCI accreditation process and scored 9.942 in December 2012. The score of management and use of drugs increased from 3.3 to lO,and high- risk drug management got full marks and high appraisal by the experts. Conclusion The high-risk drug manage- ment based on JCI standard such as developing and completing high-risk drug management system and directories, establishing high-risk drug prescription warning system,regulating the use of authority,warning signs ,allocation and use,strengthening health education,making full use of the roles of clinical pharmacists,enhancing the training and supervision can promote the safety management of high-risk drugs.
