压力负荷量表在中国护士群体中应用的信效度检验

Reliability and validity of the Stress Overload Scale in Chinese Nurses

目的 译制中文版压力负荷量表（Stress Overload Scale,SOS）,并对其信度和效度进行初步评价.方法 将SOS翻译成中文,然后采用中文版SOS量表对570名临床护士进行调查,并对结果进行信、效度检验.结果 中文版SOS保留22个条目,因子分析提取2个公因子,累计贡献率达54.05％.各因子与总量表的Cronbach＆#39;s α系数为0.896～0.936,分半信度为0.858,重测信度0.714～0.803,内容效度为0.86.验证性因子分析结果显示：修正的拟合优度指数（AGFI）、拟合优度指数（GFI）、本特勒-波内特规范指数（NFI）、比较拟合指数（CFI）、塔克-刘易斯指数（TLI）、非规范拟合指数（NNFI）均大于0.9,近似误差平方根（RMSEA）、标准残差均方根（RMR）均小于0.08.结论 修订后的中文版SOS具有良好的信、效度,适用于对中国护士群体压力的评价和测量.

Objective To translate the Stress Overload Scale（SOS） into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version. Methods The SOS was translated into Chinese and the reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested in 570 nurses. Results The Chinese version of SOS consisted of 22 items. Two factors were extracted by factor analysis,which could explain 54.05% of the total variance. The Cronbach＇ s coeffi- cients of the total scale and two factors ranged from 0.896 to 0.936; the split half reliability was 0.858; the test- retest reliability ranged from 0.714 to 0.803; the content validity index was 0.86. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indexes for AGFI,GFI,NFI,CFI and TLI were all over 0.9,RMSEA and RMR were less than 0.08. Conclusion The Chinese version of SOS is reliable and valid,and may be used for the assessement of stress in Chinese nurses.
