摘要
降低出厂水中铝含量,精准控制硫酸铝投加量是生产中的关键和难点。苏州工业园区清源华衍水务有限公司与同济大学合作,开展大量研究工作,根据水厂生产工艺特点,总结出一系列行之有效的降低出厂水铝含量的措施,如:利用计算公式精确计算硫酸铝投加量、将质量控制点前移等,成功将出厂水中铝含量控制在0.100 mg/L以下,解决了出厂水中铝残留问题,保障了水质安全。采取的措施可操作性强、简单、方便、有效,对自来水生产有较强的指导意义。
Precisely controlling the dosage of aluminum sulfate is the key and difficult point to re- duce aluminum in finished water. In order to solve this problem, Qingyuan Huayan Water Co. Ltd. in Suzhou Industrial Park carried out extensive research work in cooperation with Tongji University. A series of effective measures were summarized according to the characteristics of the production process of the plant. For example, by using the formula to calculate the accurate dosage of aluminum sulfate and mak- ing the quality control point move forward, the aluminum in the finished water was controlled below O. 100 mg/L. These measures solved the problem of residual aluminum in the finished water and ensured the water quality safety. The measures taken have strong operability and are simple, convenient and ef- fective.
