河南省污泥处置厂布局方案研究

Study on Layout Scheme of Sludge Disposal Plants in Henan Province

简要分析了污泥处置厂的布局原则,结合各省辖市不同的城镇化发展水平,采用单位污水污泥产率法预测了河南省污泥处置厂的布局规模,在此基础上,开展相对集中式布局方案的设计,以经济性为准则研究分析基本网络和辅助网络体系的服务范围,确定了网络中每个污泥处置厂的建设规模,从而构建了较为完整的河南省污泥处置网络体系,为河南省污泥处置厂的建设布局提供了决策依据。

The layout principles of sludge disposal plant were analyzed. The layout scale of sludge disposal plants in Henan Province was predicted by using method of sludge production per ton of sewage. On the basis of all above, the layout scheme of sludge disposal plants was designed. The service scopes of basic network and auxiliary network were analyzed according to the principle of economy, and the con- struction scale of each sludge disposal plant in the network was identified. The complete sludge disposal network system in Henan Province was built, and it could provide decision-making basis for the construc- tion of the sludge disposal plant in Henan Province.
