摘要
成都市在经历了2011年"7·3"特大暴雨后,在加紧开展对中心城区雨水排水管网梳理、纠错工作的基础上,构建了排水系统数字化管理平台;进而于2013年5月引入仿真模型技术,首次绘制了成都市中心城建成区雨水排水分区图,并进行了洪涝风险评估,锁定了中心城建成区内22个易淹区和51个易淹点;对5个易淹区通过模拟仿真、评估内涝成因,提出了相应的治理工程措施,以提升排水防涝能力。另外,为实现10年内彻底解决城市内涝问题的目标,提出了一套科学的、因地制宜的雨水蓄排结合治理方案。
After a torrential rain on 3 July 2011, a digital management platform for drainage sys- tem was developed by the Chengdu relevant municipal department based on the investigation and error correction of the central city stormwater system. In May 2013, the computer model was adopted for the first time to clearly define stormwater drainage catchment areas and evaluate the city central area flood risks. 22 flood-prone areas and 51 flood-prone locations were identified. Five flood-prone areas were fur- ther investigated. Based on very detailed modeling, the limitations of the existing system, causes of flood risks and the effects of various engineering options were evaluated.
