综合医疗机构抗菌药物临床应用管理对策探讨

Strategies for Clinical Use and Management of Antibacterial Agents in Integrated Medical Institutions

目的:探讨我院为合理使用抗菌药物采取的干预措施,为综合医疗机构制定相关措施提供参考。方法:按原卫生部"抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动"的相关要求,阐述我院为促进临床抗菌药物合理使用制定的相关措施。结果与结论:为确保临床抗菌药物的合理使用,医疗机构制定的相关干预措施应涵盖组织与制度建设、人员培训、处方医嘱审核与点评及其信息反馈、抗菌药物临床应用预警及网络监测等诸多环节;其制度建设等相关干预措施需在实践过程中不断修正与完善,使之持续改进、日臻完善,在促进临床抗菌药物合理应用中发挥积极作用。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the intervention measures for rational use of antibacterial agents in our hospital in order to provide reference for the development of relevant measures in integrated medical institutions. METHODS： According to the rele- vant requirements of ＂special rectification activities for clinical use of antibiotics＂ by the Ministry of Public Health, the measures ~,nacted to promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital were interpreted. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS： In order to ensure the rational use of antibacterial agents, the relevant intervention measures enacted by medical institutions should cover the following aspects as organization and system construction, personnel training, prescription and medical records checking and re- views, their information feedback, early warning and network monitoring for clinical use of antibiotics, etc. The system construc- tion and other related interventions measures should be constantly revised and improved in the practice, so that they can play a bet- ter role in the promotion of rational use of antibacterial agents in the clinic.
