道德利他现象的制度伦理研究——基于不同状态制度的分析

Study of Institutional Ethics on Moral Altruistic Phenomenon——Based on Institutional Analysis of Different States

道德利他是现实道德生活之中一种特殊的道德现象。在道德建设中,道德利他现象与制度伦理有着紧密的联系。不同状态的制度对于人们的道德观念和道德行为产生不同影响,因而要在遵循促进道德利他制度伦理构建的基本原则之基础上,提出不同领域的制度伦理构建对策,即经济上要重视道德主体之间的利益平衡,建立道德回报机制;政治上要提升政府和社会的公信力,加强相应的政策保障和组织利他;文化上加强对大众传媒的管理,形成理解、宽容和关爱的社会风气。

Moral altruistic phenomenon is a special kind of moral phenomenon in our real moral life. In moral construction, there is a close relationship between moral phenomenon and its institutional ethics. Institutions in different states can affect peoples＇ moral concepts and behavior differently. We should suggest some counter- measures in different fields on the basis of basic principles to promote moral altruistic concepts and behavior from the view of institutional ethics. These countermeasures keep the balance between moral subjects to establish the reciprocation mechanism, improving the credibility of government and society, strengthening policy guarantee and organization altruism; reinforcing the management of mass media to form the general mood of society of tolerance, comprehension and care.
