摘要
根据全过程集成、全参与方集成、全寿命周期集成等工程项目集成管理的原理,建立了价值网团队共同的目标体系并构建了基于集成思想的高速公路BOT项目价值网,分析了价值网管理的流程和步骤;为了更好地指导和促进高速公路BOT项目增值管理,利用数据包络分析法(DEA)的C2R模型对价值网团队进行了评价,并以"团队协作度"为例进行举例分析。
According to the principle of project integrated management such as full process integration,all participants integration,overall life cycle integration and so on,this paper sets up common goal system for value network team,constructs highway BOT project value network based on integrated thoughts,analyzes the process and steps of value network management,uses C^2 R Model of Data Envelopment Analysis( DEA) to evaluate value network team in order to better guide and boost the value-added management of highway BOT projects,and takes"team cooperation degree"as an example to conduct case analysis.
