摘要 从弗洛伊德人格理论、马斯洛自我需求理论、罗杰斯自我理论的角度分析了学术期刊编辑职业倦怠的成因;并根据成因,指出要采取降低超我,端正认识,树立爱岗敬业精神;树立目标,增强成就感,实现自我;建立科学的评价体系和奖惩机制,营造良好的工作氛围,协调编辑的自我与外部的评价等措施对学术期刊编辑的职业倦怠现象进行心理干预,以实现期刊的良性发展。 The causes for the job burnout of academic periodical editors are analyzed from the perspective of Freud's Personality Theory,Maslow 's Hierarchy of Needs,and Carl R-Rogers ' Self-theory,the virtuous development of the periodicals can be realized by psychological treatment to the job burnout phenomena of academic periodical editors via the measures such as superego reduction,proper recognition,professional dedication,goal setup,achievability enhancement,ego realization,the establishment of scientific evaluation and punishment mechanism,favorable working atmosphere creation,the coordination of the evaluation between editors themselves and external commentators and so on.
