摘要
中共"十六大"报告中提到,鼓励和支持有比较优势的各种所有制企业到海外投资。据此,广东农垦抓住机遇,制定了"海外再造一个新农垦"的战略计划。2004年在泰国投资建成了第一家天然橡胶项目,取得一定经验;此后,向外发展推进的步伐逐步加大,到2013年底,已经在东南亚多个国家投资建成了15个合作项目。经验证明,必要的管理人才储备是"走出去"发展的根本保障。根据农垦人才培训的实践,进一步探讨关于科学建构培训支撑体系,提升跨国企业后备管理人才胜任力的问题。
The enterprises with all kinds of ownership and with comparative advantages are encouraged and supported to invest overseas,which was mentioned in the Report of the 16 thNational Congress of CPC,according to this,Guangdong Agribusiness Group takes the advantage to make a strategic plan to rebuild a new Guangdong Agribusiness Group overseas and has built a natural rubber project by investment in Thailand in 2004,and some experiences have been achieved. After this,the expansion overseas is enlarged,up to the end of 2013,15 joint ventures in Southeast Asia countries have been built. As a result,the experience proves that the basic guarantee for"overseas"development is the necessary reserve of management talents. This paper further discusses the issue for scientifically constructing a training support system to train and improve the qualification for candidate talents in multinational companies according to the practice in agribusiness talents training.
