锁定加压钢板内固定治疗79例四肢骨折的临床观察

Locking compression plate internal fixation for treatment of 79 cases with limbs fracture in clinical observation

目的：观察锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法：按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组（79例）和对照组（80例），对照组患者采取解剖钢板固定，观察组患者采取锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。结果：观察组患者愈合时间显著少于对照组，P＜0．05；观察组治疗优良率（89．87％）显著高于对照组治疗的优良率（78．75％），P＜0．05。结论：锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效确切，患者预后较好，值得临床借鉴。

0bjective：To observe of extremities fractures treated by internal fixation with locking compression plate clinical curative effect Methods：According to random number table method were randomly divided into observation group （ 79 cases ） and control group （ 80 cases） and control group patients take the anatomic plate fixation , observation group of patients treated with locking compression plate fixation.Results：Observe the healing time was significantly less than control group patients , P 〈0.05; Group therapy was （89.87%） was significantly higher than that of control group therapy was （78.75%）, P 〈0.05.Conclusion：The curative effect of locking compres-sion plate fixation for treatment of limbs fracture exactly , patients prognosis was good , might be worthy of reference for clinical .
