碳管长径比对MWNTs/PI复合薄膜介电性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用混酸氧化法处理多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs),在不同处理时间下得到不同长径比的碳纳米管,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对碳纳米管的形貌进行观察。以不同长径比的碳纳米管掺杂改性MWNTs/PI复合薄膜。运用体积排斥理论和渗滤理论预测分析了碳纳米管长径比对MWNTs/PI复合薄膜渗流阈值和介电常数的影响,并实测了MWNTs/PI复合薄膜的渗流阈值和介电常数,分析了理论预测与实测结果差异的原因。 The different draw ratio of MWNTs treated by mixed acid oxidation method were acquired by the dif-ferent dealing time,and the morphology of treated MWNTs were observed by SEM.The different draw ratio MWNTs were doped into MWNTs/PI composite film.The effect of the draw ratio of MWNTs on the percola-tion threshold value and the dielectric constant of MWNTs/PI composite film were predicted by size exclusion theory and percolation theory respectively,and measured the fact value of percolation threshold and dielectric constant of MWNTs/PI composite film,then analyzed the reason of difference between theory prediction and experiment measured result.
