摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对转炉钢渣的物相组成及其形貌特征进行研究,并用热力学软件FactSage对钢渣冷却过程中各物相的析出情况进行模拟.结果表明,转炉钢渣中的主要物相为硅酸钙相、铁酸钙相以及RO 相,此外还有少量的游离氧化钙(f-CaO)等物相.从物相的形貌特征上来看,硅酸钙相多呈圆形或椭圆形,尺寸为10-20μm;铁酸钙相以延伸的状态分布在硅酸钙相和RO 相之间,无规则形状;RO 相为连续延伸的无定形状,尺寸大小不一;游离氧化钙呈堆积状态,无规则形状,尺寸在30-50μm 之间,且表面较为粗糙.转炉钢渣在缓慢冷却的过程中,最终会析出γ-Ca2SiO4、Ca2Fe2O5、(MnO)(Fe2O3)以及少量的MgO 等物相,且各物相的析出温度分别为175、1325、425、1550℃.
By means of XRF ,XRD ,SEM and EDS ,the phase composition and morphology characteris‐tics of the converter slag w ere studied .T he precipitation process of each precipitated phase during the cooling of slag was simulated by the thermodynamic software FactSage .Results show that the main phases of the converter slag are Ca2 SiO4 ,Ca2 Fe2 O5 and RO phase ,and there is a small amount of free CaO .Ca2 SiO4 phase mainly appears in round or oval shape ,and its size is mainly in the range of 10~20 μm ;Ca2 Fe2 O5 phase with irregular shape outspreadly distributes between the Ca2 SiO4 and RO phases .RO phase with different sizes has continuous spread amorphous state .Free CaO with irregu‐lar shape appears in stacked form ,and its size is in the range of 30~50μm with rugged surface .Dur‐ing the slow cooling process of the converter slag , the final precipitated phases are γ‐Ca2 SiO4 , Ca2 Fe2 O5 ,(MnO)(Fe2 O3 ) and a small amount of MgO ,and the precipitating temperatures of each phase are 175 ,1325 ,425 ,1550 ℃ ,respectively .
