摘要
电动汽车中的驱动电机铁芯材料主要为无取向硅钢片,除了磁性能外,其机械和物理特性包括加工和装配性能也将影响最终电机的性能和生产成本。结合国内外的研究成果,介绍铁芯材料加工过程及电机运行环境对硅钢性能的影响,并针对不同的影响因素提出优化电机设计的方法。
The iron core materials in the driving motor for electric vehicle are mainly high grade non‐oriented silicon steels .In addition to its magnetic properties ,the mechanical and physical properties of the iron core materials including the processing and assembling performance will also affect the final performance and the cost of production of the electric motor .In this paper ,the effects of the material processing for iron core and running environment for motor on the properties of silicon steels are in‐troduced based on the domestic and foreign research results ,and the optimization methods for the mo‐tor design are proposed according to different factors .
