摘要
概述了浙江省临安市和开化县在不同时期采用的生态公益林分类补偿试点方法,即从"二档分类法"、"三类分类法"到"自然保护区租赁补偿法"的渐变历史,分析了各自的优劣、存在问题和实施成效,并对以后深入开展生态公益林分类补偿,完善森林生态效益补偿机制提出了相关建议。
Presentation was made on classified compensation methods of ecological forests at different periods in Lin’an and Kaihua of Zhejiangprovince. Advantages and challenges of different methods were analyzed, and suggestions were offered for improve the system in Zhejiang province.
