精神科长期住院患者的心理需求和对策分析

Analysis of psychological needs and countermeasures of long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients

目的:调查精神科长期住院患者的心理需求,调整病房的护理管理方法和服务模式。方法:对57例精神科长期住院患者采取自制的《精神科长期住院患者的心理需求调查表》进行问卷调查。结果:患者对出院、沟通、探视和亲人的照料等需求占首位,其次是对医院的伙食,工娱疗的安排的需求。结论:精神科长期住院患者的心理需求呈多样性,应实行人性化护理模式。

Objective：To investigate the long-term psychiatric inpatients ＆#39; psychological needs, and adjust the ward nursing management methods and service modes. Methods：57 cases of long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients took self-made＆quot;Long-term hospitalized psychiatric patients＆#39; psychological needs questionnaire＆quot; survey. Results： The questionnaire survey showed that discharge will, to visit and taking care of their families, and nurses＆#39; communication and psychological counseling were the most common needs, followed by hospital＆#39;s food and work and recreational therapy arrangement orderly. Conclusions：The long-term psychiatric inpatients＆#39; psychological needs are various, and it is necessary to implement the humanized nursing mode.
