风湿性心脏病心瓣膜置换术的疗效探讨 被引量：2

摘要 目的：探讨风湿性心脏病心瓣膜置换术的临床疗效.方法：分析比较102例风湿性心脏病心瓣膜置换术治疗的患者临床资料.结果：近期生存情况：近期生存99例,近期生存率为97.06%,近期死亡3例,近期死亡率为2.94%.远期生存情况：随访1-3年,共99例患者,远期生存94例,远期生存率为94.95%,远期死亡5例,远期死亡率为5.05%.1例患者发生瓣周漏,1例患者术后8个月再行瓣膜置换术.结论：风湿性心脏病心瓣膜置换术的临床疗效良好,近期及远期生存率较高,且并发症较少.
