摘要
目的:评价基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在本科生骨科实习教学中的效果。方法:对80例骨科临床实习的学生随机分成研究组和对照组,研究组学生采用PBL教学法,对照组学生采用传统的教学法,比较两组学生的教学效果。结果:研究组的理论考核成绩和实践操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05),调查问卷显示PBL组学生反应好于对照组。结论:PBL教学法能较好地提高骨科实习学生的操作能力和理论成绩,效果明显,值得进一步改进和推广。
Objective:To investigate the effects of problem based learning ( PBL) teaching pattern applied to intern doctors in the orthopedics department. Methods:Eighty intern doctors were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The ex-perimental group was give PBL, while control group was given traditional teaching pattern (LBL). The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The theory knowledge score and the actual operation score of experimental group were obviously better than those of control group (P<0. 05). At the same time, the survey showed that the students applied by PBL teaching pattern were more satisfied. Conclusions:In general, PBL can improve the theory knowledge score and the actual operation for the intern doctors in the orthopedics department and its effects are obvious, and it is worthy of more promotion and application.
