摘要
对重庆市中小学体育教师职业情感结构特征进行研究。结果发现,体育教师职业情感由敬业感、自信感、爱生感、使命感、成就感、创新感等6个要素组成,不同要素彼此相互联系、相互影响;在年龄、教龄、性别、职称等4个层面,体育教师职业情感存在不同程度的显著性差异,并呈现出截然不同的结构特征。通过对中小学体育教师职业情感结构特征的识别和掌握,有助于对体育教师的教学实践和职业评价。
The authors studied the structural characteristics of occupational emotion of physical education teachersin elementary and middle schools in Chongqing by mean of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics. Theoccupational emotion of physical education teachers is composed of such 6 elements as sense of career dedication,sense of self confidence, sense of life loving, sense of mission, sense of achievement and sense of innovation; differentelements are mutually connected and affecting; in term of age, teaching age, gender and title, the occupationalemotion of physical education teachers has a significant difference to different extents, and shows absolutely differentstructural characteristics. Identifying and grasping the structural characteristics of occupational emotion ofphysical education teachers in elementary and middle schools is conducive to the teaching practice and occupationevaluation of physical education teachers.
