创业投资机构风险内控体系设计的研究被引量：4

摘要基于高风险高收益的原则,创业投资机构(简称:创投机构)可以获得超额利润回报。如何科学地评估和控制被投资项目或被投资企业(简称:被投资项目)风险以确保获得持续稳定的超额利润是创业投资企业面临的关键问题。基于全生命周期视角和全面风险管理理论,文章剖析创业投资企业从项目筛选到项目退出的各阶段所面临的风险点,系统性构建了针对投资项目的风险内控体系。本研究期望为创投机构提高项目选择的甄别能力、评估准确性、投资成功率提供一定的理论参考。
