摘要
采用数值分析的方法,针对不同结垢厚度圆管进行数值模拟,在层流和湍流2种流动状态下,研究污垢对速度场、温度场、压力场以及三场协同程度的影响。结果表明,速度场、温度场及压力场之间的协同角都会因污垢厚度的变化而改变,从而影响换热管的换热强度及流动功耗,同时影响综合性能换热系数。
By use of numerical analysis,circular tubes with different fouling thicknesses are numerically sim-ulated. In laminar flow and turbulent flow,the impact of fouling on velocity field,temperature field and pres-sure field as well as three-field synergy is investigated. The result shows that the synergy angles of velocityfield,temperature field and pressure field change as the fouling thicknesses do,which therefore influencesheat exchange intensity of heat exchange tube and power consumption for flow as well as comprehensive heattransfer coefficient.
