有氧运动联合EGCG对营养性肥胖大鼠体脂含量的影响
摘要
1.前言
近年来,肥胖逐渐成为影响人们身体健康的重要因素。肥胖同时还会导致糖尿病,高血压,高血脂等疾病问题,因此保持身体成分的合理比例,避免肥胖,以及如何有效减肥成了人们关注的问题。
本文通过研究4周龄大鼠进行有氧运动联合EGCG试验6周后,大鼠体重,内脏脂肪系数和肝脏TG来分析本次试验对大鼠体脂含量的变化,为进一步研究EGCG对减肥的影响这一新方向提供有效试验结果。
