摘要
[目的]初步构建临床护理教学质量的评价体系。[方法]采用文献回顾、深度访谈法形成护生对临床教学质量评价的雏形,选取全省18名护理专家进行德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询。采用SPSS17.0进行数据处理,应用Yaahp 0.5.2软件进行层次分析确定指标的权重,采用Cronbach’sα测量指标信度。[结果]Delphi专家咨询结果:专家权威系数0.894,变异系数0.028,Kendall W协调系数0.222(P<0.01),分层分析法(AHP)结果显示量表中一级指标权重系数为0.294 9,0.265 2,0.212 1及0.227 8,总量表的内部一致性系数Cronbach’sα为0.910。[结论]构建了包含4个一级指标及25个二级指标的临床护理教学质量评价量表,量化了临床护理教学的评价指标,完善了临床教学质量的评价体系。
Objective:To construct the evaluation system of nursing clini-cal teaching quality preliminily.Methods:The literature review and depth interview methods were used to form the prototype of clinical teaching quality evaluation for nursing students,and to select 18 nursing experts in the province for Delphi expert consultation.SPSS17.0 was used for data processing,Yaahp 0.5.2 software was applied for level analysis to deter-mine the index weight,and Cronbach’s alpha was used for measurement of reliability.Results:Delphi expert consultation’s results:Expert au-thority coefficient of 0.894,the variation coefficient of 0.028,Kendall W coordination coefficient of 0.222(P〈0.01);AHP results showed that the primary index weight coefficient inscale was 0.294 9,0.265 2,0.212 1 and 0.227 8,The total scale of internal consistency coefficient Cronbach’s αwas 0.910.Conclusion:The clinical nursing teaching quality assessment scale was constructed containing 4 one level indicators and 25 secondary indicators,the evaluation indexes of clinical nursing teaching have been quantified and the evaluation system of clinical teaching quality has been improved.
