摘要 寰枢椎脱位病人常因延脊髓受压导致四肢瘫痪甚至呼吸肌麻痹而死亡；病人可合并齿状突发育异常、颅底凹陷症及先天性寰枕融合、脊髓空洞症等先天性畸形。经口腔入路齿状突切除联合后路内固定术仍是目前该病的标准外科手术方法。
