中药穴位敷贴治疗过敏性鼻炎132例

Acupoint Application of Chinese Herbal Medicine on the Treatment of 132 Cases of Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察中药穴位敷贴对过敏性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法选择诊断符合过敏性鼻炎的患者248例,随机分为穴位敷贴组和西药对照组,穴位敷贴组进行中药穴位敷贴,西药对照组采用抗过敏药物口服,治疗后半年回访,对两组临床数据进行分析比较。结果穴位敷贴组总有效率为87.12%,西药对照组总有效率为73.28%,穴位敷贴组总有效率明显高于西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective to observe the acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine on allergic rhinitis treatment.Methods 248 cases diagnosed allergic rhinitis patients,randomly divided into acupoint application group and Western medicine group,acupoint application group of Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine,western medicine control group with oral allergy medication,half a year after treatment follow- up,the clinical data of the two groups were compared.Results acupoint application group total effectiveness was 87%,western medicine control group total effectiveness was73%,acupoint application group is better than that in the western medicine group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion the acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine on allergic rhinitis treatment is effective.
