摘要
从HXD3A型交流传动货运电力机车通风冷却系统设计要求出发,分析和阐述了机车通风冷却系统主要部件组成、结构布置、性能参数等技术特点。系统采用了高度集成化、模块化的设计思路,提高了通风冷却性能,减轻了重量,延长了维护周期,降低了维护成本,使得机车总体设计更加合理。
Starting with the ventilation and cooling system requirements of HX_D3A AC drive freight electric locomotive,the paper analyzes and describes the technical features of ventilation and cooling system,such as main components,structure arrangement and performance parameters and so on.The system adopts highly integrated and modular design thought,which improves the cooling performance,reduces the weight,extends the maintenance period,reduces the maintenance cost and makes the locomotive overall design more reasonable.
