少、弱精子症、死精子症患者精子形态及DNA完整性结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨少、弱精子症、死精子症患者精子形态及DNA完整性的改变及关系。方法采用精子染色质扩散试验(SCD)检测精子DNA完整性,以DNA断裂指数(DFI)表示。并分别对少、弱精子症、死精子症患者精子进行精子形态和DFI分析。结果少、弱精子症及死精子症组与对照组比较,精子畸形率均明显升高(P<0.05),DFI也明显升高(P<0.05),其中死精子症组以上变化最为明显(P<0.05);而在精子畸形率增高时,精子DNA完整性明显降低(P<0.05)。结论少、弱精子症、死精子症患者精子形态和DNA完整性均明显受损,精子畸形率的增高可能与精子DNA损伤存在一定关系。 Objective To study the morphology of sperms and DNA integrity among patients with oligoasthenospermia or azoospermia. Methods The morphology and the DNA integrity of the sperms were detected among the patients with oligoasthenospermia or azoospermia. Results The sperm deformity rates of patient groups were higher obviously than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05), but their DNA fragmentation index (DFI) decreased significantly when compared with control group' s ( P 〈 0.05 ). The changes were more obviously in group of azoospermia ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was an obvious correlation between the increase in sperm deformity rate and the decrease in DFI ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The DNA integrity and the morphology of sperms are damaged obviously in the patients with oligoasthenospermia or azoospermia. There is some relationship between sperm deformity rate and DNA integrity.
