法学本科课程体系设计改革思考

Some Reflections on Law Curriculum Design for Undergraduate Students

从现在法学本科毕业生参加各类就业面试的情况看,许多法学本科生的思维能力和口语表达能力都比较差,很难被用人单位录用。目前法学本科开设的课程是否能够培养出学生严密的逻辑思维能力和表达能力?按此课程体系培育出的法学毕业生是否能够适应社会需求?这一系列问题不得不引起我们的广泛关注。从培养合格法律人才的角度,解决上述问题的对策是进行法学本科课程体系的改革,培养高质量的法学人才。

From various employment interviews that Law undergraduates have participated,their insufficient thinking ability and oral expression have affected the decisions of employers.Questions arise concerning the current Law curriculum for undergraduate students：Is it adequate enough to develop students＇thinking ability and oral expression？Is it compatible with the social demands？It is claimed that the current curriculum must be reformed to solve the existing problems.
