As an important supervision policy on food service industry and public places＇ health,quantitative classification administration system has achieved remarkable results.It＇s also the concrete reflection of building a nomocracy civilization country and practicing socialist concept of law.It has a solid legal basis to announce information of quantitative classification administration system.Starting with the relationship between information announcement of the quantitative classification,administration system and government information disclosure,this paper analysis the jurisprudence connotations of information announcement from the view of sovereignty of the people and the right to know.The result will contribute to speed up the establishment of social integrity,and to implement the rule of law,law enforcement people,the rule of law,fairness and justice.
