远程和数字化学习,社会公平和发展:通向开放大学使命的相关能力方法 被引量:3

摘要 本文综述了大型远程教育和开放大学使命的相关论述,用以分析开放大学主张的、也许是其与生俱来的关于发展和社会公平的理论。据称,这些主张在多数情况下没有依据或者是幼稚的。本文进一步从阿玛蒂亚·森(Amartya Sen)看待发展的能力方法的性质出发,用以确定在更大范围内将远程和数字化学习作为发展和社会公平的贡献者的可能性。
