摘要
通过分析比较SDH、OTN、ATM与IP网络的传输机制以及协议,结合地铁业务对TCP/IP技术的不同应用,进一步阐述以太网作为地铁传输系统的优势与不足,探讨以太网作为地铁传输系统的可行性。
Through analyzing and comparing the transmission mechanisms and protocols of SDH, OTN, ATM and IP networks, the advantages and disadvantages of using Ethernet as metro transmission system are expounded in combination with different applications of TCP/IP technology in Metro services. Also, the feasibility of using Ethernet as metro transmission system is explored.
