摘要 介绍了一种基于GPRS的高精度电导率远程在线监测系统,系统由电导率监测装置、数据采集模块、GPRS网络传输模块和监控中心服务器组成。系统采用高精度仪表放大器AD620进行数据采集,使用滑动平均滤波算法进行信号调理,采用最小二乘法拟合直线完成数据建模,并通过GPRS网络进行远程数据传输,在保证高精度的前提下实现了水溶液电导率的远程在线监测,可以为用户提供实时连续可靠的数据。实验表明,系统具有低成本、高精度、高可靠性、方便智能等优点,可满足电导率远程在线监测的需求,具有良好的应用价值。 In this paper, a GPRS-based high-precision remote online monitoring system for water conductivity is introduced. The system consists of conductivity monitoring devices, data acquisition module, GPRS module and the monitoring center server. In order to achieve a high-precision and low-cost remote online monitoring system, high- precision instrumentation amplifier, moving average filter and linear least square fitting method for data modeling are used. It can provide real-time reliable data for users. Experiments show that this system has low-cost, high-precision and high reliability, can meet the need of remote online monitoring of water conductivity, and is of great application values.
