奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Oxaliplatin Combined S-1 on the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Colon Cancer

目的:观察奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法:60例晚期结肠癌患者按住院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予奥沙利铂130 mg·m-2,ivd qd;观察组予奥沙利铂130 mg·m-2,ivd qd,替吉奥胶囊80 mg·m-2·d-1。两组均完成4个周期治疗,并于第4周期治疗完成时比较两组患者的临床疗效、药品不良反应、血清细胞因子水平变化及生存质量评分。结果:观察组有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者后血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)等水平均较前明显上升(P<0.05),且观察组升高较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。两组患者生存质量评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组药品不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期结肠癌患者,其提高临床疗效,有效改善患者免疫功能,提高患者抵抗力和生存质量,且不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of oxaliplatin combined S-1 on the treatment of pa- tients with advanced colon cancer. Misthods ： Sixty cases of advanced colon cancer patients were divided into control group and observation group by the hospitalization time sequence with 30 patients each. Control group： the use of oxaliplatin, 130 mg· m-2, ivd qd; the observation group： the use of oxaliplatin, 130 mg · m-2, ivd qd; S-1 capsule 80 mg · m-2· d-1. After 4 cycles of treatment, the clinical efficacy , adverse drug reaction , the effect on cell factor and the quality of life were observed and compared in patients of the two groups. Results： The efficient of observation group was 90.00% which was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05 ） After treatment, there were a significant rise in the two groups of serum IL-2 and TNF-ct and IFN-～/levels compared with before treatment, （ P 〈 0.05 ）, besides, observation group rose more signif- icantly （P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups of patients quality of life scores were significantly improved, but the data in observation group improved more apparent than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of adverse drug reaction of the observation group was much lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Oxaliplatin combined S-1 canpsule on the treatment of advanced colon cancer patients, it can improve the clinical curative effect, and can also effectively improve the patients＂ immune function, enhance the quality of life of patients with resistance , and decrease adverse effect.
