摘要
采用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,三聚异氰酸三烯丙酯(TAIC)为助交联剂,使用动态粘弹谱仪(DMA)对乙烯醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)/聚乳酸(PLA)阻尼材料的相容性进行了研究。考察了氯化聚乙烯(CPE,氯质量分数35%)、丁二烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(NBR-GMA,GMA质量分数约为5%)两种增容剂对相容性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当CPE和NBR-GMA用量分别为10份时,共混物相容性较好,CPE增容效果较优。加入CPE,能促进PLA在EVM/PLA共混物中的异相成核结晶。加入两种增容剂使材料的拉伸性能稍有降低,但撕裂性能有所提高,拉伸永久变形降低,用量为10份时,综合力学性能较好。
The compatibility of ethylene vinyl-acetate copolymer EVM (700) and polylactic acid (PLA) were studied by dynamic mechanic analyzer (DMA) with dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as the curing agent and triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) as the curing eoagent, and with CPE (35% Cl) and NBR-GMA as the compatibilizer. The mechanical property of materials were tested by electronic tensile testing machine and the crystallinity of the blends were studied by polarizing microscope. The results showed that the compatibility of the blends was a little better with 10phr CPE or with 10phr NBR-GMA as the compatibilizer, the effects of CPE and NBR-GMA on the mechanical properties of the materials were insignificant.
