摘要
首先提出了330MW亚临界机组AGC及汽温优化控制方案,其次详细论述了先进优化控制策略的特点和相关调试方案,最后介绍了先进优化控制系统在330MW级火电机组上的成功运用以及取得的实际效果,解决了火电厂汽温变负荷工况参数不稳的问题并提高了机组的经济性,为新型先进控制系统推广应用提供了技术参考。
This paper first proposes AGC and steam temperature optimal control scheme for the 330MW subcritical unit, and then discusses characteristic and related commissioning program of the advanced optimal control strategy, and finally, introduces the successful application of the advanced optimal control system in 330MW thermal power plant and the practical effects. The system handles the instability of steam temperature and load-varying operating condition. Meanwhile, the technical reference for the new advanced control system's popularization and application can be provided.
