摘要
针对华电莱州一期(2×1 050 MW)超超临界燃煤火电机组正压直吹式制粉系统运行方式大部分采用人工手动操作,其控制方式不能完全满足机组安全稳定的运行要求,致使该厂制粉耗电量经济性相对比较差,且各个班组存在一定差异的问题,分别对2#机单台磨和四台磨组合的运行特性进行了分析和优化,得到最佳控制参数,达到了降低制粉单耗和降低厂用电率的目的。
Aiming at the situation that in the coal-fired thermal power positive pulverizing System of 2* 1050 MW U1- tra-Supercritical Units in Hua Dian Laizhou most operating mode is by hand., its control unit can not fully meet the require- ments of a safe and stable operation. The milling plant power consumption results in relatively poor economy, and there are some differences in the various team. The operating characteris- tics of single mill & four combined mills were analyzed and op- timized,respectively, and the operation mode is optimized in the end. The result is that the milling power consumption rate is re- duced, and the power consumption rate of the unit is lowed.
