Strengthening the management of university library’s assets and preventing the explicit and potential loss of tangible and intangible assets have become a long-term and arduous task of library practitioners. Only making good management and use of various assets, can university library really play a supporting role in talents cultivation and scientific research. This paper introduces the features of university library’s assets, and probes into the countermeasures for the management and utilization of university library’s assets.
