提升高校图书馆为聋哑读者的服务质量是"以人为本"教育背景下对于弱势群体的人文关怀,体现了社会服务的公平性原则。分析了高校图书馆为聋哑读者服务中存在的不足,探讨了高校图书馆为聋哑读者服务的对策。
hnproving the quality of university library's service for the deaf readers, which is a humanistic care for vulnerable groups, embodies the fairness principle of social service. This paper analyzes some shortages existing in university library' s service for the deaf readers, and probes into the countermeasures for university library' s service for the deaf readers.
