摘要
分析了公共图书馆服务创新研究的背景,从转变服务理念、创新服务内容、变革服务模式3个方面,开展了公共图书馆的服务创新研究。
This paper analysizes the background of the study on public library’s service innovation, and carries out the study on public library’s service innovation from three aspects of the transformation of service concept,the innovation of service content and the change of service mode.
