大型融合式人防综合体防护研究

Research on Protection of Large Integrated Civil Defense Complex

随着信息化条件下战争样式和规模、威胁环境等的变化,要求城市地下空间的开发必须兼顾人防的需要。提出了"大型融合式人防综合体"的概念和"地下空间平战功能一体化"的工程建设目标。对大型融合式人防工程综合体的防护体系构成、防护要求等进行了初步的研究。

With change of form and scope of war and threatening environment under the information-oriented condition,it is required to develop urban underground space in consideration of civil defense requirements.The concept of'large integrated civil defense complex'and the engineering construction objective of'integration of peacetime and wartime functions of underground space'are presented,and composition of protection system and protection requirements of the large integrated civil defense complex arepreliminarily studied.
