Analysis of fault trend statistics of rail transit equipment is an important part of intelligent management of its maintenance.The article introduces role and procedure and fault information statistics of Shanghai rail transit maintenance system,and analyzes the whole process of collection,storage and counting by the database application program system for fault information of the equipment by taking faults of car door equipment of Shanghai Metro Line 1 as examples.
