Taking Bohai sports tourism zone concept as the breakthrough point, through in-depth analysis of development foundation and resource advantage of Bohai Sports Tourism Zone and Bohai sports tourism problems in development, combined with the characteristics of the development of sports tourism industry, this article interprets pertinently the development strategy of Bohai sports tourism belt from three aspects of organization structure of cooperation mechanism, market development system and personnel training, aims to integrate Bohai sports tourism resources and provides a new idea for the development of sports tourism zone around Bohai.
