第12届全运会田径比赛仲裁技术录像点位设置与拍摄技巧研究

Setting Video Point and Shooting Skills of Arbitration Technical in the Track and Field Competition in 12th National Games

田径比赛中时有犯规现象出现。当裁判员做出判罚时,有些参赛队会提出抗议,这时比赛录像就可以作为直接证据向提出抗议的参赛队进行解释,以保证比赛的公平、公正、公开。全运会的比赛在近几届中采用了比赛仲裁录像,收到了很好的效果,但是,由于仲裁录像是新生事物,对于录像的位置和拍摄技巧并没有经验可以借鉴。通过第12届全运会的比赛,分别对径赛和田赛的录像点位设置和拍摄技巧进行总结,希望摸索出一套可行的方案,为今后的大型比赛提供优质服务。

The track and field competition will appear a foul phenomenon sometimes. When the referee makes some penalties,some teams would lodge a protest. Then video games can be used as direct evidence to protest the team to explain to ensure the game＇s ＂fair,just and open. ＂ The National Games used the arbitration video in recent sessions and have received good results. But arbitration videos are new things, there has no experience which can be learnt for recording the location and shooting skills. By summarizing the video point settings and shooting techniques in the track and field competition, we hope to explore a set of possible solutions to provide services for future big game.
